Accounts Receivable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you'll play a vital role in our team's success by ensuring timely and accurate collections and deposits for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with owners and developers in arrears regarding payment
- Respond to calls from owners, property managers, site staff, developers, and solicitors
- Document interactions and updates in Yardi
- Analyze and update monthly A/R reports
- Communicate with Property Managers regarding back charges and issues
- Deposit cheques received in the mail and from sites
- Process Post-Dated checks and developer invoices
- Issue NSF letters and send arrears letters
- Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- One to three years of Accounts Receivable and Collection experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
