The Clinical Nurse Specialist operates in alignment with the Vision, Values, Ethics, and Standards of the organization and adheres to the guidelines set forth by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
This position emphasizes a patient and family-centered care approach and collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to execute general nursing practices within the RN scope of practice.
This role involves providing direct nursing services to hospitalized patients, addressing the needs of both the facility and the diverse patient/family population we serve.
The RN's practice is informed by contemporary evidence derived from nursing science and the humanities.Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts; Day and Night; 07:00 to 19:15, 19:00 to 07:15
New Compensation :
As of April 1, 2024, the new compensation rate is: $55.91/hour
