About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, patient transfer, and bed management, with a proven track record of improving clinical practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical practice improvements to enhance patient care and safety
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and teams to ensure effective bed management and patient transfer processes
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff on clinical operations and patient transfer best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address clinical operational challenges

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum five years of experience in clinical operations, patient transfer, and bed management
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Valid BC driver's license
