Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 food service staff
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
