Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The work setting is a restaurant environment, and the language of work is English.
