Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage intricate construction and engineering schedules that comply with client standards.
- Document all assumptions and parameters that form the basis of the project schedule.
- Create customized reports and resource profiles to monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with construction teams to establish scheduling priorities and support project reviews.
- Identify and address schedule variances proactively, facilitating recovery plans as needed.
- Conduct regular critical path analyses to detect delays and assess project timelines.
- Support change management and risk management processes by providing schedule impact assessments.
- Maintain the integrity of the performance measurement baseline through diligent record-keeping.
- Assist in developing project-specific management plans and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise in project controls.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and adaptive thinking skills.
- A degree in Quantitative, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
- Experience in EPC contracting and construction field operations.
- Exposure to large-scale projects or portfolios.
