Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate communication flow within our organization, adhering to established procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively dispatch communications according to standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation to various stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, practices, and procedures among direct reports, customers, and partners.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards across all operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and perform other physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Capacity to work in various weather conditions and on any day of the week, including Sundays.
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including keyboard and mouse usage for data entry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing positive experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
