We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director, Infrastructure. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Infrastructure Department in delivering high-quality services to our residents and visitors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve environmental sustainability and conservation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance community mobility and accessibility.
  • Oversee growth planning, development management, and capital projects delivery.
  • Ensure the effective management of assets, services, and capabilities to support the Town's Vision and Master Plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure management, asset management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of environmental sustainability and conservation principles.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
