Job Opportunity: Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive progressive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales plans, budgets, and initiatives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Requirements
  • 5 years of professional sales experience in the printing industry, with a focus on flexible packaging products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
