Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities to introduce our HR and human services consultancy services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
  • Exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, providing value-added services and support to clients.
  • Conduct web-based demonstrations to business owners, HR professionals, and executives, showcasing the benefits of our HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
