Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Encor Property Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our sites and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of work activities and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients.
  • Establish and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and accounted for.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a facilities maintenance or cleaning services environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of cleaning staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
