- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
