As an integral member of our team, you will be essential in delivering high-quality care to our residents, requiring a unique set of skills to effectively address their diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specialized skills to provide effective assistance to elderly individuals
  • Gain insight into the physical and cognitive challenges faced by residents
  • Encourage and support residents' independence
  • Enhance collaboration and teamwork within the care environment

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent education
  • Prior training or experience in a related field is advantageous
  • Successful completion of the preparatory orientation is required
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • Ability to work well in a team and stay organized
  • Physical stamina to fulfill job responsibilities

Upon finishing the training, candidates will be required to enter into an employment agreement with the organization.
