Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at NB Inc. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our nursing home and home for the aged settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including making beds and maintaining patient rooms.
- Transport patients between care facilities and assist with wheelchair or stretcher transfers.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations and respond to call signals to determine patients' needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Criminal record check.
- First Aid Certificate.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
