Job Opportunity at Villa Providence

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a caregiver at Villa Providence. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in senior care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent is an asset.
  • Successful completion of the caregiver training program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the caregiver role.
