NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Development Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be the face of NAPA, building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory. You'll play a crucial part in driving sales growth by implementing national, regional, and district-level sales development initiatives and promoting our comprehensive range of auto parts and programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with automotive repair professionals to present NAPA's product offerings and value propositions.
  • Collaborating closely with regional and corporate sales teams to execute strategic sales development plans.
  • Partnering with District Sales Managers and Store Managers to develop tailored strategies for expanding business with existing customers.
  • Conducting market research and providing valuable insights on customer behavior, competitive trends, and industry developments.
  • Recommending pricing adjustments and supporting collections efforts to ensure adherence to established buying conditions.

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role within the automotive aftermarket or related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong understanding of the automotive parts market is highly advantageous.
