Job Title: Masonry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Masonry. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of masonry structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of masonry teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Inspect and approve the quality of masonry work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule masonry work, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials
  • Train and mentor junior masons to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of masonry work, including materials used, labor hours, and quality control measures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in masonry supervision or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading masonry teams and ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
