Job Title: Masonry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Masonry. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of masonry components on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of masonry teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect and review masonry work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency on construction sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in masonry supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
