Job Title: Masonry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Masonry. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of masonry structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of masonry teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Inspect and approve masonry work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate masonry work
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in masonry supervision or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
