Position Overview

As an Automotive Service Technician at Lucky Auto, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our clients' vehicles. Your expertise will help diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in automotive repair
Work Environment
  • Exposure to dusty, outdoor conditions
  • Work in a hot and noisy environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components of automotive systems
  • Test and calibrate repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications
  • Estimate costs for parts and labor for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform routine maintenance services
  • Provide guidance to customers regarding repairs and future maintenance needs
  • Document issues and repairs performed
  • Mentor and train apprentices in automotive repair
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have own transportation
  • Valid driver's license is required
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to work overtime and stand for extended periods
Tools and Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory
