Our Team:

The OXRM team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the release processes and manage product launches. This role encompasses release coordination, scheduling, timeline management, app submissions, and app publishing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for technical operations and workflows that enhance organizational competitiveness and boost developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope & Complexity: You will lead projects that span multiple teams, managing dependencies and engaging stakeholders from various external groups. You have the ability to transform ambiguous challenges into actionable project deliverables across several iterations to achieve optimal results.
  • Decision Making: You will act as an autonomous representative for your domain, consistently making sound decisions. Your team looks to you for guidance on both technical and business matters.
  • Execution: You are highly productive and enhance the productivity of those around you. You maintain a comprehensive understanding of how your projects influence the overall business objectives and continuously seek ways to improve our project delivery capabilities.
  • Operations: You apply processes and standards judiciously, favoring automation while identifying the appropriate level of structure needed to achieve desired outcomes with minimal overhead.
  • Influence: You play a pivotal role in your team, providing direction on product strategy, technical design, and operational processes.
  • Communication: Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are exceptional, allowing you to serve as the primary contact for business and technical stakeholders. You manage all data related to your products, services, and features.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in supporting a comprehensive development lifecycle for Android, Apple, Web, or other platform ecosystems.
  • Experience with app submissions in major app store platforms is essential.
  • Preferred background in operational and release management within an agile framework in a media or technology setting.
  • Proven experience in managing changes in branching strategies, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, and release tracking.
  • Experience collaborating with DevOps teams to enhance Release Engineering pipelines for automated tracking and reporting of release artifacts, including JIRA items, sprint scope, bug reports, test reports, and release notes.
  • Experience in executing large-scale global product launches through scalable automated release pipeline workflows, utilizing CI/CD methodologies and QA automation.
  • Experience coordinating dependencies and release planning with frontend (iOS, Android, Web, Roku, CTV), SDK, and backend engineering and QA teams.
  • Familiarity with change management processes.
  • Experience working with global teams across product, engineering, QA, and operations.
  • Knowledge of build and delivery tools such as Maven, Gradle, Bazel for building, and GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD or similar for delivery.
