Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support at Rite-Pak and Provincial Fruit cashier kiosks and providing data entry support for both internal and external customers through accurate and timely processing of sales orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input customer orders and process credits using the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of data inputted.
  • Process customer requests, including reprinting bills, price checks, and account balances.
  • Record and understand sales order bills from Sales Managers, asking for clarification as required to comply with company operating practices.
  • Work with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Teams to provide clarification, rectify errors, or answer questions regarding sales orders, customer balances, returns, or other customer-related inquiries.
  • Process authorized customer returns and credits once approved by Sales Manager.
  • Ensure company operating standards are followed and navigate systems for inventory, past credit invoices, and reprinting items.
  • Organize and upload invoices and bills from Sales Manager into the system database.
  • Provide ongoing and ad-hoc support to the Sales and Operations teams to address business needs, as requested.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent related work experience or military experience.
  • 1 year customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 1-3 years experience in data entry, analytics, and trend reporting (desired).
  • Knowledge in warehousing systems and procedures (desired).
