About the Role
The 4th Class Stationary Engineman is a key member of our facilities management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to service calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of building systems, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to our occupants.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring that our facilities are always running at peak efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our facilities management processes.
Requirements
- Stationary Engineman certification (MMF class 4)
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proactivity, initiative, and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
