We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at 1431238 B.C. Ltds. As a Greenhouse Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment to ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Assist in the planting, pruning, and harvesting of crops.
- Monitor and control the climate, temperature, and humidity levels within the greenhouse.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Assist in the preparation of soil and other growing mediums.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Our greenhouse is located in a remote location, and we offer on-site housing options and transportation provided by the employer.
