The Nail Salon Supervisor at HD NAIL SPA plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. This position requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and technical skills to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College or CEGEP
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the beauty industry
- Site Conditions: Wet and damp environment typical of nail salons
- Setting: Esthetician's salon or beauty shop
- Oversee maintenance and repair tasks within the salon
- Assist clients with special needs to ensure a comfortable experience
- Act as the primary contact for handling emergency situations
- Manage inventory by requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff, potentially reviewing their performance
- Train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Perform nail services including manicures and pedicures
- Establish effective work schedules and procedures
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 employees.
