Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and maintaining office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
  • Maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and itineraries
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Access
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
