About the Opportunity
The Regional Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing, refining, and executing strategies that drive sales growth for both the company and individual advisors. This involves boosting the performance of existing advisors and attracting productive and coachable realtors who resonate with the company's core values.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engages with advisors regularly to develop clear, strategic business plans aimed at driving sales growth and achieving personal and business objectives.
- Works alongside sales leadership to refine sales strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
- Delivers personalized coaching sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to enhance advisors' sales techniques, customer relationship management, and overall effectiveness.
- Establishes a secure and confidential environment that encourages open communication and constructive feedback among advisors.
- Offers insights and feedback on innovative growth strategies and customer service approaches to positively influence sales and company culture.
- Inspires and holds advisors accountable for taking action on significant initiatives through professional growth and personal development discussions.
- Stays informed about the latest sales tools and methodologies, providing training to sales professionals on their effective application.
- Collaborates with Sales Operations to create training programs and materials that address operational bottlenecks.
- Conducts regular assessments to identify improvement areas, utilizing data-driven insights to tailor coaching strategies.
- Implements and strengthens referral partnership programs across various regions.
- Understands Sales Operations systems and processes to coach advisors in line with rennie standards and best practices.
- Provides support to all advisors during and after standard business hours.
- Encourages the use of R spaces by advisors for various presentations and meetings.
- Assists in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new advisors.
- Represents rennie at industry-related events and functions.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by Leadership.
Education and Experience
- Educational background in a field related to real estate.
- Possession of a Real Estate license under the BC Real Estate Services Act.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a managing broker or 5 years at Medallion level sales, along with relevant professional designations.
- 5 years of management experience or experience in leading and coaching teams.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market, with experience managing offices in various geographical areas considered an asset.
- Expertise in resale, pre-sale, and assignment transactions.
- A collaborative, creative, and innovative team player capable of working effectively with peers and senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, maintaining composure and a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with sound judgment for timely decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflows.
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, and other relevant software tools.
Working Conditions
- This role is primarily office-based, with some flexibility for remote work.
- Travel to different office locations may be necessary.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Salary Information
The typical base salary for this position ranges from $79,900 to $99,900, based on various factors including education, experience, and organizational needs. Additionally, a performance-based bonus program is in place to recognize exceptional individual and company performance.
