As a Supportive Community Facilitator, you will assist at-risk and vulnerable young adults in establishing a secure environment they can truly call home. Your Responsibilities:· Serve as a role model and provide constructive support to individuals. · Be a consistent presence, helping others feel secure, comfortable, and free to express themselves. · Assist individuals in developing skills and confidence in their personal lives and community roles. · Leverage your strengths to empower others in their growth.
