Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Laundry and Linen: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and ensure all laundry is washed, dried, and folded according to company standards.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests, address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure all interactions are friendly and welcoming.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with cleaning and disinfecting elevators, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
