This role involves collaborating closely with the Head Waiter and fellow service personnel. The primary duties encompass welcoming patrons, delivering meals, ensuring guest satisfaction, and facilitating a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing the dining area prior to service commencement;
  • Promptly serving the dishes that have been ordered;
  • Supporting waitstaff in their responsibilities during service;
  • Clearing tables after meals are completed;
  • Refilling water, ice, or other necessary items as required;
  • Upholding cleanliness and organization of shared service spaces;
  • Executing other related tasks as directed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in restaurant service is essential;
  • Fluency in both English and French is required;
  • Strong customer service and sales abilities;
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure;
  • A professional demeanor and conduct (team-oriented, self-sufficient, energetic, strong interpersonal skills, integrity, adaptability, organizational capabilities, and initiative).
