About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and packaging take-out orders.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and supplies, maintain accurate records of food quantities, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas, and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a team environment, and must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
