About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods to order.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
