Position Overview:
As an Automotive Tire Technician, your primary responsibilities will include a variety of tire-related tasks such as installation, balancing, and repairs. If you possess a strong attention to detail, a passion for automotive service, and a dedication to providing excellent customer support, we would love to have you join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tire installations, including mounting and balancing.
- Diagnose and resolve tire-related issues such as punctures, leaks, and tread wear.
- Inspect and evaluate tire conditions, recommending replacements or repairs as necessary.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure precise and efficient tire services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Keep detailed records of services performed and parts utilized.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in tire technology.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Tire Technician or in a comparable automotive position is preferred.
- Familiarity with various tire brands, types, and repair techniques.
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate tire-changing and balancing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
