Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northwood Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
