Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SHERWOOD CHICKEN FOODS INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
