Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Train and develop new staff members to ensure they meet our expectations
  • Maintain open communication with management regarding staffing, safety, and supply issues
  • Facilitate staff meetings to implement policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Ensure storage areas and cleaning equipment are secure and well-maintained
  • Perform light and heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including floor maintenance
  • Perform minor equipment repairs and report any issues

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset
