**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise warehouse personnel, plan and schedule work to utilize equipment and maintain maximum productivity levels.
- Effectively communicate with all employees.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Implement safety program/accident investigation for crew; continuously monitor safety processes and compliance.
- Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions when not meeting specifications.
- Maintain and enforce good housekeeping.
- Compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Tracking and reporting attendance.
- Communicating expectations and holding people accountable.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize key operating indicators for control of product cost, material usage, machine downtime, expenditure control and other shift functions.
- Support and implement any special instructions provided by plant leadership team.
- Develop and maintain a respectful workforce.
- Monitoring and assigning individuals to ensure performance goals are met.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans when required.
- Provide key leadership for shift operations - take appropriate action when required
- Prepare labor, material and usage reports.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Safety orientated.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Experience in SAP would be an asset.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
- Effective interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead, train and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate expectations and hold people accountable.
- Ability to achieve results through others.
- Computer proficiency.
- Must have the flexibility to work any shift.
- Previous involvement in safety procedures/programs.
- Understanding of safety and environmental compliance.
- Demonstrated capability to lead change and implement continuous improvement.
- Ability to resolve complex situations related to operations as well as personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity.
- SAP experience would be an asset.
