About the Company

Forge Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in legal and professional placements. We are currently partnering with a boutique law firm in downtown Toronto to find a skilled Real Estate Law Clerk to support their Real Estate Practice.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will assist lawyers with complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, including financing, conveyancing, and due diligence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing transaction documents, including easements, restrictive covenants, and transfers
  • Conducting and reviewing title searches and related due diligence
  • Providing administrative support to the Real Estate Practice team
  • Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of electronic registration documents
  • Other duties as assigned by the team
What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will possess 2+ years of experience working in a law firm, with a strong background in commercial and residential real estate transactions. You will also have a Law Clerk diploma and proficiency in MS Office, Teraview, and real estate legislation. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate law, we encourage you to apply.
