About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocking Associate to join our team at 2108160 ALBERTA INC. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and complete fulfillment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving and storing merchandise, and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, and operate a pallet jack as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, walking, overtime required
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
