Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Building Supply Depot. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Stocking: Receive and unpack merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with finding products, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process stock orders, and record incoming stock.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • General Warehouse Duties: Perform general cleaning duties, operate cash register, and process electronic transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
