About The Baker89

We are a leading bakery company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our baked goods and menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our bakery's unique offerings and appeal to a wide range of customers.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to prepare and present high-quality menu items.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect and taste menu items to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

Work Environment

Fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
