Position Overview

Sellax Roofing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee our roofing projects across various sectors including commercial, industrial, and residential.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the roofing industry.
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily conducted outdoors.
  • Expect exposure to noisy conditions, heights, and dusty environments.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production and project reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing workers.
  • Schedule tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide training or arrange for the training of new employees.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members effectively.
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing:

  • Roofers
  • Labourers
Security and Safety

Successful candidates will undergo a criminal record check.
