Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their meals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and in-store promotions.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

The language of work is English, with a 40-hour workweek.
