Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and prepare cash reports.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement promotions to drive sales growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately manage cash and inventory.
- Client Focus: Excellent customer service skills.
- Dependability: Reliable and dependable in managing staff and operations.
