We are seeking a skilled Pallet Maker to join our team at PALETTES C.M.P. as a Woodworking Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality pallets using various types of wood.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, but a strong understanding of woodworking principles and practices is essential.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Proficiency in operating power tools, small hand tools, pneumatic devices, and precision measuring instruments is necessary.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and perform repetitive tasks is required.
- Personal Suitability: Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
- Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.
