• Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, but a strong understanding of woodworking principles and techniques is essential.
• Equipment and Machinery Experience: Proficiency in operating power tools, small hand tools, pneumatic devices, and precision measuring instruments is necessary.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and perform repetitive tasks is required.
• Personal Suitability: Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
• Experience: While experience is an asset, we are open to training the right candidate.
