We are seeking a skilled Pallet Maker - Wood to join our team at PALETTES C.M.P. as a key member of our production team.

• Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is an asset.
• Experience: Previous experience in a related field is beneficial, but not necessary.
• Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Power tools: Proficiency in operating power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders.
  • Small hand tools: Familiarity with small hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
  • Pneumatic devices: Experience with pneumatic devices like nail guns and air compressors.
  • Precision measuring instruments: Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Hand tools: Familiarity with hand tools like pliers, tape measures, and levels.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Handling heavy loads: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy loads with ease.
  • Manual dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
