In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our Purchasing and Sales divisions and our clientele. Your primary focus will be at the retail level, where you will ensure that Fresh Direct produce items are effectively showcased and restocked to maximize visibility and sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaborative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement planograms to create visually engaging displays of a variety of Fresh Direct produce items. Assess incoming produce shipments for quality and freshness, while proactively monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed. Evaluate sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights to pinpoint areas for enhancement and growth within the Produce sector. Provide assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, sharing product information, and making recommendations. Foster relationships with customers and team members to ensure we consistently exceed expectations.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in both spoken and written English At least 1 year of hands-on experience with fresh produce is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships are essential Capable of lifting up to 30lbs Competent in business writing and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
