About the Role

iON United is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Confer with clients to identify their security requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Security Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our clients' data, software, and hardware from physical and technical security risks.
  • Security Policy and Procedure Development
    • Design, develop, and implement policies and procedures to ensure the secure development and deployment of software applications and information systems.
  • Security Risk Assessment and Mitigation
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that our software applications and information systems meet the highest security standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in security consulting, risk assessment, and mitigation.
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in security-related tools and technologies.
