Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Knight Hotel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage and maintain the housekeeping budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
  • Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and bending.
